This is a pivotal role within our Academy. As Director of Business and Finance, you will work closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the Academy is financially secure, operationally strong and well-positioned for the future.

Through excellent stewardship, strategic leadership and a commitment to our Christian values, you will play a key role in ensuring we deliver the very best for the children and families we serve.

As a single academy trust, this role carries significant responsibility for the Academy’s financial and operational management.

About the Candidate

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has strong experience in business or financial leadership, ideally within a school or similarly complex organisation
  • Holds a relevant qualification (or is willing to work towards one)
  • Thinks strategically and can translate vision into sustainable, effective systems
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented and fully able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment — this is essential
  • Demonstrates integrity, sound judgement and professionalism, and is committed to upholding our Christian values
  • Builds positive, professional relationships with staff, pupils, parents, governors, Directors and external partners
