Associate Director of Property Management

Ready to step up into an Associate level Property Management role within a Top 5 UK property consultancy?

We’re partnering with a market-leading, multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to appoint an Associate Director (or strong Senior Property Manager ready to step up) to join their growing Manchester team.

This is a high-impact role managing a diverse, institutional-grade commercial portfolio across the North of England, including office, retail, industrial and F&B assets acting for pension funds, REITs, private investors and major clients.

The Role

Reporting to the Team Director you will

* Take strategic ownership of a substantial multi-let portfolio

* Lead and oversee finance and site-based teams (including FM)

* Mentor and develop junior surveyors

* Work alongside ESG, procurement and tech specialists to enhance asset performance

* Drive income, value and operational excellence

* Deliver best-in-class occupier experience

* Strengthen key client relationships

* Support business development and growth initiatives

The Candidate

* MRICS qualified

* Currently working as a Senior or Associate level

* Proven experience managing large multi-let commercial assets

* Strong leadership and client-facing capability

* Commercially astute with growth ambitions

* Based within reach of Manchester (3 days in-office)
