Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: £45k - £50k

This is a fixed-term contract (FTC) covering maternity leave, lasting between 9-12 months. The role offers hybrid working and is located in North Manchester.

Our client is seeking a HR Generalist to manage operational day-to-day duties and oversee a team of 2 Advisors. This is a fast-paced and busy role reporting to the CEO/CFO.

Key responsibilities include:

Employee relations and complex case work

Coaching & advising managers up to C-suite level

Managing succession planning

Company-wide training and development

Talent management and retention

Recruitment & engagement

Managing wellbeing and culture

Supporting the wider business with ad hoc duties
