We are partnering with an award-winning, family‑run care provider to recruit a Nursing Home Manager for their established home in Manchester.

As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, balancing clinical excellence with operational and business management.

• Maintain and exceed CQC standards, working towards Outstanding ratings
• Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled and dedicated team
• Drive operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth
• Ensure high-quality care delivery while managing business objectives
• Foster a positive, safe, and supportive environment for staff, residents, and families

• Proven experience in care home management, with a track record of maintaining or exceeding CQC standards
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Commercially aware with excellent operational and strategic expertise
• Confident, proactive, and able to deliver results

£70,000 - £80,000 Bonus
