Facilities Manager Cheshire West £40,000 - £45,000

D R Newitt have partnered with a market leading innovative food ingredients business based in Cheshire. They are looking for an experienced facilities manager to come in and take responsibility for their new multimillion-pound state of the art office and test bakery.

We are looking for a proactive hands-on facilities manager who can use their initiative to make sure the site is operational and accessible. You will be responsible for the facility budget, looking for cost savings, managing relationships with third party contractors and ensuring the day to day running of the facility. You will also act as the health and safety warden and will require an IOSH qualification.

• £40,000 - £45,000
• 6% company bonus
