The Healthcare Hub is pleased to partner with a respected luxury care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for a large residential care home in Greater Manchester.

This is a senior leadership opportunity within a reputable national organisation known for its quality-led approach, strong governance, and excellent support for its Home Managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the home, ensuring outstanding care delivery, regulatory compliance, and commercial success.

• Full operational management of a large residential care home
• Delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards
• Leadership, recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing staff team
• Driving occupancy levels and financial performance
• Maintaining strong CQC compliance with a focus on achieving Good or Outstanding ratings
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

• Minimum of four years’ experience as a Care Home Manager
• Experience managing larger services (desirable)
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations with a strong compliance history
• Proven inspection outcomes of Good or Outstanding
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive occupancy
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
