On behalf of an established and growing organisation, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee a small supported living service for adults with a range of learning disabilities. The successful candidate will also oversee a day centre service for adults with learning disabilities, providing leadership, guidance and development to Team Leaders and support staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Registered Manager / Care Manager looking for a new challenge and a chance to put their own stamp on a service.

• Must have experience of supported living, working with adults with learning disabilities
• Experience of achieving Good CQC reports
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Manager
• Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care
• Must be passionate about person centred care
• Must have good communication skills

• Salary up to £40,000
