Win as a teamWe are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Commercial Lines team in Manchester on a hybrid basis.
Your Skills And Experience- Experience of leading, coaching and developing a team
- Preferably a background in insurance (underwriting, claims or broking)
- Experience in an office environment - financial services, call centre etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- A good understanding of data analytics and how it shapes and informs business efficiency and improvements
- Workflow and performance management experience
- Your role will be to lead and motivate a team of Commercial Underwriters
- You will be responsible for the delivery and measure of service through effective workflow management and performance management. You will ensure excellent customer service is delivered, tasks are completed accurately and timely and drive good conduct
- You will spend your time coaching your team, resolving queries and problems, providing clear goals and developing your team’s professional capabilities
