We’ve established three core fulfilment teams—Paid Social, Paid Search, and Retention—to drive growth from every angle. Paid Search plays a key role in acquisition strategy, giving opportunity to scale some of the UK’s most exciting DTC brands.

In this role, you’ll manage Paid Search accounts, communicate with clients via Slack and Google Meet, and lead a team of 3 Paid Search Managers.

Prospa has rapidly grown into a team of 35, based in Trafford Park, Manchester. We offer hybrid working (2 days from home), a vibrant office culture, and regular team events to celebrate successes.

We’re seeking an A-player to own our Paid Search team, drive client success, and collaborate with our CMO on high-level decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of high-spending Paid Search accounts, with clients managing monthly budgets of £100K+.
  • Build and retain a strong portfolio of exciting DTC brands, prioritising client retention as a cornerstone of agency growth.
  • Lead, support, and continuously develop a Paid Search Manager, fostering their growth and performance.
  • Own the onboarding and integration of new clients, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in the fast-evolving e-commerce landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Strive for continuous improvement—never settle for current results or stagnation.
  • Lead regular client communications via Slack and Google Meet, delivering concise, value-driven insights to elevate their experience.

Skills & Experience
  • We’re seeking someone with 5+ years of experience in paid search and the E-commerce/DTC landscape.
  • While prior experience at a DTC/E-commerce agency is essential.
  • As you’ll be inheriting a team of Three, management experience is a must.
  • Our fast-paced environment requires strong organisational skills to stay on top of priorities.
  • Given the data-driven nature of Paid Search, excellent analytical and data management skills are essential.
  • Clear, effective communication is vital, so we expect outstanding written and spoken skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
