• Proven experience as a Home Manager in an elderly care/nursing home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of compliance and quality outcomes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
• Commercial awareness with experience of managing budgets and driving occupancy
• NMC registration desirable but not essential

Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead their flagship care home in Partington, Manchester.

In this role, you will:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the staff team, fostering a culture of kindness, empathy, and high‑quality care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC, maintaining the highest standards of care and support
• Oversee financial performance, managing budgets effectively and achieving financial targets
• Drive occupancy through proactive marketing and relationship building with families, professionals, and the wider community
• Work closely with residents and their families to ensure personalised, compassionate care plans are delivered
• Collaborate with Operations, Central Support, and in‑house teams (Deputy Manager, Administrator, Housekeeping, and Hospitality Manager) to ensure smooth running of the home
