We're Hiring:
Partnership Support Team Leader | Remote/Hybrid | Full Time

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales, team development, and relationship management? Join our business as a Partnership Support Team Leader and play a pivotal role in driving growth through outstanding partner support and strategic sales execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Partnership Support Consultants
• Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met
• Develop and deliver impactful training programs
• Manage a diverse portfolio of intermediary firms
• Foster strong relationships with external partners
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align and execute growth strategies
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in team leadership, sales, or account management (preferably in financial services or insurance)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
• Analytical and data-driven approach to performance management
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with digital tools/platforms and in regulated environments is a plus
