Fusion People is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager (M&E) to oversee commercial performance in Manchester. The successful candidate will manage NEC and JCT contracts, lead commercial activities in mechanical and electrical projects, and ensure strong cost control. A competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000 plus performance-related bonus and benefits are offered.
This position allows for career progression within a growing contractor in the Manchester area and involves occasional travel to project sites.
