Poutrix is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract experience to lead major infrastructure projects in Manchester. You will have full responsibility for administering NEC4 ECC contracts, ensuring compliance while managing a team of Assistant Project Managers.
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree, be a Chartered Engineer or Surveyor, and possess current NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation. You will be expected to attend sites three days a week, ensuring successful delivery of projects worth over £200 million.
