As Audit Senior Manager
, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality audit service to clients across a range of sectors. You’ll manage and mentor your team, ensure compliance with professional standards, and work closely with Partners to drive client satisfaction and business development.

• Managing the full audit process from planning through to completion.
• Overseeing multiple audit engagements and ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Leading and developing a team of auditors and supporting their technical growth.
• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as their key point of contact.
• Reviewing work and providing technical guidance on complex issues.
• Collaborating with Partners on audit strategy, client proposals, and firm-wide initiatives.
• Contributing to staff training, resource planning, and process improvements.

You’ll be a technically strong and commercially astute professional with a passion for delivering excellent client service.

• Be ACA, ACCA qualified or QBE
  , with substantial experience in external audit.
• Have a proven track record managing audit portfolios across a range of industries.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards.
• Be confident leading and developing audit teams.
• Possess excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
