Working Hours:
Mon – Fri – 07:30 – 17:00 – 42 hours per week
- Provide strong leadership to Managers and direct employees, ensuring all aspects of performance and processes align with budgeted targets and expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the hire desk, ensuring a seamless process for our customers.
- Provide accurate reporting and information within agreed time frames and deadlines for the General Manager.
- Achieve targets on reducing customer complaint levels and improving speed of resolution.
- Drive team performance, ensuring KPIs are met and service levels remain high.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service and efficiency.
- Support and contribute to ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team, securing buy‑in from stakeholders.
- Strong coaching and development skills to enhance team performance.
- Previous management experience in a similar role.
- A customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering high‑quality service.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills, both internally and externally.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with in the hire industry.
- A track record of improving departmental results and performance.
