Working Hours:

Mon – Fri – 07:30 – 17:00 – 42 hours per week

What You'll Do
  • Provide strong leadership to Managers and direct employees, ensuring all aspects of performance and processes align with budgeted targets and expectations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hire desk, ensuring a seamless process for our customers.
  • Provide accurate reporting and information within agreed time frames and deadlines for the General Manager.
  • Achieve targets on reducing customer complaint levels and improving speed of resolution.
  • Drive team performance, ensuring KPIs are met and service levels remain high.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service and efficiency.
  • Support and contribute to ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
Essential Skills
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team, securing buy‑in from stakeholders.
  • Strong coaching and development skills to enhance team performance.
  • Previous management experience in a similar role.
  • A customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering high‑quality service.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with in the hire industry.
  • A track record of improving departmental results and performance.
