We are looking for a Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience in project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in process management and team coordination. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing task sheets, and analyzing trends to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve setting up meetings, following up on action items, and facilitating communication between team members to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support in the development and implementation of project management processes.
- Analyze trends and daily metrics to inform project decisions and improvements.
- Manage task sheets using tools like Excel and project management software (e.g., Jira, Click Up, Asana).
- Coordinate team activities and resources to ensure project milestones are met.
- Set up meetings and follow up on action items to maintain clear communication.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration between team members and departments.
- Assist in identifying potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that project documentation is updated and accessible.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Click Up, or Asana.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and task management.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze trends and metrics to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in preparing project reports and documentation.
- Knowledge of team coordination strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with meeting setup and follow-up protocols.
