Project Director

Ourclient is a well-established construction company specialising in high-end, high-rise developments. Due to continued growth and an increasing project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Director to join their team in Manchester.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A motivated and driven approach
• A proven track record of delivering projects from inception through to completion
• Experience managing multi-occupancy residential schemes

• Overseeing a large-scale new-build apartment development
• Ensuring the project is delivered in line with programme timelines
• Working closely with the commercial team to maintain budget control
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times
• Chairing progress meetings with clients and subcontractors
• Managing quality control across all stages of the build
• Providing direct line management to Senior Site Managers
