Working closely with the operator, you’ll help ensure sufficient operational capacity is in place to meet demand—both during high‑profile events and across day‑to‑day service delivery.

We’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, using their insight to continuously improve service performance and enhance the customer experience.

In this role, you’ll have a direct and visible impact on the service we deliver, helping to shape how the network responds to changing demand and operational challenges.
