Operations Manager

We're currently recruiting a Operations Manager to take ownership of operational processes and drive efficiency across the business. This is a senior role requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on operational expertise. You will ensure that workfows are streamlined, compliance standards are met, and best practices are embedded throughout the organisation.

Please see below some of the duties and responsibilities of the role:

* Process Design and improvement:
Review, refine, and optimise operational processes across the business. Design new processes to resolve recurring issues and communicate changes effectively

* System Management (Acturis):
Lead the effective use of Acturis, ensuring full utilisation and maintenance

* Operational Oversight:
Monitor task manager and renewal sheets to maintain consistency and efficiency.

* Compliance & Quality:
Ensure adherence to FCS Regulations and internal standards.

* Strategic Contribution:
Work closely with the senior leadership to align operations with business objectives.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience in operations management within insurance or financial services

* Strong knowledge of Acturis and commercial insurance processes.
