• Manage a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
• Ensure smooth and efficient running of the service department.
• Control spend and oversee department budgets.
• Drive customer service and monitor KPIs.
• Support and train the team.

• At least 2 years experience as a Service / Aftersales Manager.
• Strong Management & Interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
