Were Hiring:
Registered Homes Manager Childrens Residential Service Whalley Range, Manchester 3-bed home | Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs and/or Low Level EBD Salary: up to £65,000 per annum DOE Were excited to be recruiting a Registered Homes Manager to lead a 3-bed childrens home as part of an organisation undergoing an exciting rebrand and period of growth . This is a unique opportunity for an experienced manager from a Learning Disabilities (LD)/ Emotional Behavioural Difficulties background who is a versatile, forward-thinking leader who can adapt and shape the service.

About the role:

You will take full responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day management of the home, creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children aged 817. Youll play a key role in driving standards, embedding a positive culture, and shaping the future direction of the service during an exciting transformation period.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home Ensure compliance with regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards Create a child-centred, therapeutic, and outcomes-focused environment Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing staff team Manage budgets, rotas, and overall service performance Build strong relationships with professionals, families, and stakeholders

About you:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or equivalent Minimum 3 years experience in residential childcare

Experience with in LD/EBD settings Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices A confident leader with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for children Full UK driving licence Why join us?
