Team Leader – Advice line & Digital Services
We’re looking for a flexible and compassionate Team Leader to join our team, working across our Advice line/digital services and community outreach venues. You will work alongside the Delivery Manager to ensure excellent service, effective team performance and maintain service delivery and quality standards across all Frontline Advice Services.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure excellent service and effective team performance.
- Maintain service delivery and quality standards across all Frontline Advice Services.
- Work alongside the Delivery Manager to support frontline advice services.
- Experience of being a Team Leader or a similar position.
- Demonstrated effective management of a team across frontline services.
