Global Compliance and Reporting Manager – Overview
We are searching for an experienced Global Compliance and Reporting Manager. This role will form part of a team of managers and coordinators responsible for implementing and managing multi-country, multi-service outsourcing engagements. These engagements typically include coordinating the preparation of annual tax returns and financial statements for clients operating in ten or more countries. The preparation itself is delivered through a combination of RSM's global network of local member firms and RSM UK's automated service delivery teams.
This is a fast-growing business which is expanding rapidly and is a core component of the firm's global growth strategy.
- Lead and grow an international client portfolio, owning client relationships end-to-end with autonomy, including delivery oversight, weekly client calls, issue resolution, and risk management.
- Manage, develop, and inspire teams, providing line management, workload prioritisation, coaching, and delegation to ensure high-quality, timely compliance delivery.
- Drive commercial performance and business growth, leading tenders, onboarding new clients, managing fees, billing, and financial performance across your portfolio.
- Shape and strengthen the wider practice, contributing to recruitment, global network collaboration, service improvements, and departmental efficiency initiatives.
- Oversee bid, proposal, pricing, implementation and delivery of multi-country, multi-service outsourcing contracts.
- Act as the focal point in the UK and Europe for the management of all significant multi-country outsourcing engagements.
- Proven professional services experience with a strong understanding of tax compliance and financial statements preparation.
- Excellent client and account management skills, with cultural awareness when working with international stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive self-starter with strong multitasking and prioritisation capabilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experienced people manager with the ability to develop others.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
