The Role As Business Operations Manager, you will be central to the smooth, efficient, and sustainable running of the organisation. Working closely with Directors and senior colleagues, you will lead core operational functions, enabling our team to deliver high-quality services.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing operational, HR and administrative systems and processes Overseeing financial administration, budgeting, and income streams Ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory, and quality standards Contributing to strategic planning and organisational development

Has strong experience in business operations, ideally within public, education, health, or social enterprise sectors Demonstrates financial and organisational management skills Is confident working in a values-led, mission-driven organisation Can build positive relationships across a diverse team Shares our commitment to equity, inclusion, and improving outcomes for children and families
