Join the UK's largest accident repair specialist as a Bodyshop General Manager to support our existing colleagues in our bodyshop in Trafford Park. This internal move offers an opportunity to join one of our larger bodyshops in the region with a successful team of 35 colleagues, including 14 repair technicians. The site is well positioned with access to major motorway networks and close to local amenities.

• Oversee the entire site and maximize profitability.
• Develop and execute the operational business plan.
• Effectively control and maintain resources, including stocks and equipment, to minimize financial loss.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the team to achieve high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Drive vision, focus, and results while fostering a trusting environment.

• Experience in a management role within the bodyshop or accident repair industry.
