We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Salford.
Located at Ivy House on Liverpool Street, our Salford branch proudly serves local homeowners and trades people with the broadest range of decorating materials – customers will find everything they need in store including trade and designer paints from a wide variety of brands and all the decorating materials needed to complete their home décor projects. The branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7.00am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm.
Managing a team of 4, you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly.

Responsibilities- Demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role.
- Develop and lead a team.
- Achieve sales targets and generate new business.
- Inspire staff to deliver high levels of customer service.
- Represent the company positively to a wide range of customers.
- Work independently and take initiative.
- Knowledge of the local area is beneficial.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and drive excellence.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, able to translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
- Previous experience in the decorative industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Approachable, open and friendly personality.
- Enjoy working with and supporting a team, while able to work independently.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Willingness to attend training to become a Fire safety qualified.
