Our client, a well-established London-based insolvency specialist, is expanding their Manchester office and is in search of an experienced Insolvency Practitioner / Director with a strong focus on property and receiverships. This strategic role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in business generation and an established network of referrers.

The Role: As an Insolvency Practitioner / Director, you will lead and develop the property insolvency and receivership division. Your expertise will drive the expansion of services, and your strategic input will shape the future of the firm’s operations in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee property-related insolvency cases and receiverships, ensuring compliance and maximising returns.
  • Generate new business and expand the client base through effective networking and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including financial institutions, real estate professionals, and legal experts.
  • Lead a team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance in property-related insolvency matters.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the Manchester office, aligning with the firm’s objectives.

Requirements:

  • Accredited Insolvency Practitioner with significant experience in property insolvency and receiverships.
  • Demonstrable ability to generate work and develop business, supported by a robust network of referrers.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining productive relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
