£450 per day plus expenses - outside IR35

Looking for your next interim contract? This role needs someone with added-value chilled experience in the food industry. If you love shaping food products that genuinely stand out, this role gives you the opportunity to work with autonomy on a range of products for major retailers. You'll take the lead on developing exciting new concepts, turning ideas into commercially successful launches and helping define the future direction of a fast‑moving category.
As always, fast paced manufacturers need interims who can make an impact from day one, and this role needs someone with extensive concept to launch experience and used to being the main point of contact with retail customers.
What you'll bring
Strong food product development experience
Confidence working directly with retail customers
Ability to run projects from concept through to launch
A creative, solutions‑focused mindset
Experience in added-value chilled food manufacturing for retail
Excellent organisation and cross‑functional collaboration skills
A real passion for food and innovation
