Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and Support:
Lead a team of housing officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Engage with Stakeholders:
Build strong relationships with clients, community organisations, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative approach to housing solutions.
Monitor Performance:
Oversee the performance of housing officers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while identifying areas for improvement.
Crisis Management:
Respond to housing emergencies and assist in the development of contingency plans to support vulnerable populations.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and outcomes of housing initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

Previous experience in housing services or a related field, with a strong understanding of public service policies.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
