Assistant General Manager – Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experience on every visit.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of quarterly business plans.
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
  • Manage the P&L to meet financial targets and expectations.
  • Oversee safety, security, and licensing requirements.
  • Manage the guest experience platform to enhance service standards.
  • Cultivate a fun and engaging culture aligned with brand standards and company ethos.
  • Conduct monthly reviews with team members to support growth and development.
  • Maintain service standards and duty management throughout operating hours.
  • Operate as an industry expert in all areas of duty management within a 45‑hour work week across five shifts.
  • Be available to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Ensure a reliable commute to the workplace.
  • Supervise a team of up to 50 staff members.
  • Report KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly to the Area Operations Manager.
  • Liaise with marketing, sales, finance, operations, and maintenance departments.
Qualifications & Expectations
  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commute to the workplace.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service and fostering team culture.
  • Winning personality and fun‑loving spirit are a must.
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm for the role.
