Assistant General Manager – Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experience on every visit.
- Contribute to the development and execution of quarterly business plans.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
- Manage the P&L to meet financial targets and expectations.
- Oversee safety, security, and licensing requirements.
- Manage the guest experience platform to enhance service standards.
- Cultivate a fun and engaging culture aligned with brand standards and company ethos.
- Conduct monthly reviews with team members to support growth and development.
- Maintain service standards and duty management throughout operating hours.
- Operate as an industry expert in all areas of duty management within a 45‑hour work week across five shifts.
- Be available to work weekends and public holidays.
- Ensure a reliable commute to the workplace.
- Supervise a team of up to 50 staff members.
- Report KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly to the Area Operations Manager.
- Liaise with marketing, sales, finance, operations, and maintenance departments.
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commute to the workplace.
- Passionate about delivering excellent service and fostering team culture.
- Winning personality and fun‑loving spirit are a must.
- Positive energy and enthusiasm for the role.
- Salary: £34,000.
