The Royal Albert Hall is recruiting an inspirational, organised Visitor Services Manager to lead a large frontline team in a fast-paced events environment. You will drive performance management, deliver targeted training and nurture staff across up to 150 Stewards, 16 Supervisors and 4 Duty Stewarding Managers to ensure exceptional customer service.
