About us The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) are the professional body inspiring, equipping and supporting housing professionals to create a future in which everyone has a place to call home. About you We are seeking a proactive and experienced events team leader to support the successful delivery of our events programme. Working closely with the events manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day operational delivery of a range of high-quality portfolio of virtual, hybrid and in‑person events, that support our members and stakeholders.

This is a key leadership role within the events function. You will lead and develop the events coordinators, ensuring events are delivered efficiently, professionally and to a consistently high standard, while aligning with the strategic direction. You will be an organised and confident events professional with experience of delivering events and leading others. You are comfortable working within a structured team environment, taking ownership of delivery while collaborating closely with senior colleagues.
