The Portfolio Group in Manchester is seeking a Head of Customer Solutions & Retention (AD Level) to lead client engagement, satisfaction and retention at scale in a fast‑growing, service‑led business.
You will own the client journey from onboarding to service delivery, satisfaction and retention, and partner with Sales, Service and Technology to deliver an exceptional client experience. A proven leader from a SaaS, subscription or professional services background is highly desirable.
