Numan is seeking an experienced behavioural health practitioner to coordinate a 6‑week autonomy‑supportive coaching program as part of a Lilly‑funded obesity project. You will design sessions, deliver live virtual coaching, and ensure high fidelity across recruitment, data collection, and reporting.
You’ll work within the Behavioural Medicine team, liaising with data science cohorts, clinical safety leads, and external partners to maintain clinical oversight and patient‑centred delivery.
