Managing Director - Consultancy services

Our exclusive client is a privately owned Professional Services group based in Manchester.

With an extensive household name client base including most major Public Bodies, our client has established itself as a market leader in it's field.

We now wish to appoint a Managing Director to lead a key division within the business.

key responsibilities including:

• Full P&L ownership and accountability for business performance.
• Developing and delivering the company's growth strategy.
• Leading revenue generation through a consultative, client-focused approach.
• Building long-term relationships with clients across the public sector and related markets.
• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing leadership team.
• Identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Appropriate candidates should demonstrate:

• A proven track record of leading a consultancy or services business with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue growth and business development.
• Experience selling complex, value-based services to senior decision-makers.
• An understanding of government and public sector procurement processes, frameworks and buying cycles.
• A demonstrable track record of scaling businesses and delivering sustainable growth.
• The ability to inspire teams, build trusted client relationships and create a high-performance culture.

This is a hybrid role with a six-figure base package, bonus and benefits.
