Safety Culture is hiring a Customer Onboarding Manager to ensure new customers reach value quickly within the Customer Solutions & Implementation team. You will own end-to-end onboarding plans, align Sales, Product and Customer Success on goals, timelines, and success criteria.
You will lead kick-off meetings, manage multiple concurrent implementations, act as the primary onboarding contact, oversee training and go-live, and build scalable templates that reduce time-to-value and early churn
