Compass Associates is recruiting a Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit and provide clinical leadership to Radiographers, Clinical Assistants and Administrators. The role ensures high-quality patient care and strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
You will lead a team, drive performance against budget targets, and work with the clinical lead to deliver an excellent service across sites. Experience with CQC inspections and IRMER/IRR knowledge is advantageous.
