Rise Resourcing is recruiting a Head of Trading for a prominent UK retail wholesale business. You will lead a Grocery Trading category, shape the trading strategy and manage a team of Buyers to deliver a compelling offer across retail and wholesale channels.
You will drive sales growth, margin and supplier income, oversee pricing, promotions and supplier negotiations, and ensure forecasts and availability align with customer demand. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
