Regional Operations Manager | Contract Cleaning & Facilities Management | Multi-Site Leadership

Sentrex Services UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial cleaning and facilities management contracts across the North West. We are looking for a proven Operations Manager, Area Manager or Regional Manager with experience in multi-site management, service delivery, team leadership and customer relationship management

• Leading the operational delivery of multiple commercial cleaning contracts
• Managing, coaching, and developing Account Managers, Supervisors, and site teams
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
• Conducting site audits and performance reviews to maintain service excellence
• Managing labour costs, budgets, contract profitability, and KPIs
• Driving Health & Safety compliance and quality standards
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee development
• Identifying opportunities for contract growth and additional services
• Ensuring operational excellence across all sites within your region

• Experience as a Regional Operations Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, or similar role
• Strong background in Contract Cleaning
  , Commercial Cleaning
  , Facilities Management
  , or Soft Services
• Proven experience managing multi‑site operations and remote teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer management skills
• Strong commercial awareness with budget and KPI management experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
