Managing the day-to-day performance and operations of the branch Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team Carrying out valuations and securing new instructions Driving branch revenue, market share, and profitability Monitoring performance, targets, and pipeline activity Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within estate agency Strong background in residential sales and valuations Demonstrable success in leading and developing a team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Commercially aware with strong business acumen Professional, organised, and results focused approach Knowledge of the Hampshire property market advantageous Full UK driving licence essential Is this the role for you?
