Residential Home Manager

Barwell, Leicestershire Salary - £50,000 Are you an experienced and passionate leader looking for your next challenge in adult social care? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Home Manager to lead a well-established residential care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement.

The Role As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the service. You will inspire and support your team to provide outstanding care, create a positive culture for residents and staff, and ensure the home operates efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing strong leadership and day-to-day management of the home
* Ensuring the highest standards of care, dignity, and respect for all residents
* Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
* Managing staffing, recruitment, retention, and development
* Monitoring budgets and ensuring effective financial performance
* Building positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders
* Driving quality improvements and achieving operational objectives
* Supporting a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, or Deputy Manager within a residential or nursing care setting
* A strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Experience managing budgets and occupancy levels
* A commitment to delivering exceptional person-centred care
* A relevant health and social care qualification (Level 5 Leadership and Management or willingness to work towards)
