ABOUT

THE ROLE

This is an opportunity to lead services that make a direct and tangible difference to the health and wellbeing of LGBTQ+ communities.

LGBT Foundation is looking for an experienced and ambitious leader to become our new Head of Services:
Sexual Health. This senior leadership role combines strategic vision, operational delivery, partnership development and people leadership, offering the chance to shape the future of LGBTQ+ sexual health support across multiple regions and national programmes.

You’ll lead a respected and growing portfolio of services, working alongside talented colleagues, commissioners, partners and communities to improve health outcomes for LGBTQ+ people.

As Head of Services:
Sexual Health, you’ll be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the programme and ensuring that ambitious plans translate into high-quality, impactful services that deliver real outcomes for communities.

This is a role for someone who wants to influence systems, develop services, build partnerships and lead talented teams while contributing to one of the UK’s leading LGBTQ+ charities.

We are taking positive action to encourage applications from people of colour (PoC) and other racially minoritised communities, trans*, non-binary, and/or older people (aged 50+), to improve the representation of colleagues from these communities in our staff team.

* Trans is an umbrella & inclusive term used to describe people whose gender identity differs from that which they were assigned at birth; including non-binary people, cross-dressers, and those who partially or incompletely identify with their sex assigned at birth.
