Retail Director

An established, high-performing multi site UK retail business is seeking an experienced Retail Director to lead its next phase of growth and development.

Operating a substantial multi-site network with national reach, this is a significant P&L leadership role requiring an individual who can combine commercial acumen and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will inherit a strong platform and be responsible for driving performance, strengthening customer experience, developing digital capability and delivering sustainable growth across a large, distributed operation.

You will take full P&L accountability for business performance, leading a sizeable field and support team whilst shaping the strategic direction of the operation.

• Full P&L responsibility, delivering revenue, profit and market share objectives.
• Leading, inspiring and developing a large multi-site retail organisation.
• Creating and executing a clear strategic plan for future growth.
• Driving operational excellence and improving consistency across the network.
• Enhancing customer experience and service delivery.
• Accelerating digital capability and customer engagement initiatives.
• Building strong cross-functional relationships and fostering collaboration across the wider business.
• Creating a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
