Recruitment Manager - Construction & Development

As a Managing Consultant, you will generate personal NFI in a 360 role while leading and developing a team. This is a billing leadership position with responsibility for both revenue delivery and team performance.

Key Responsibilities Generate consistent personal NFI through high quality 360 recruitment

Lead, coach and develop consultants to improve output and progression

Set, track and review KPIs and billing performance

Create and execute a clear business plan for growth

Manage and grow key client relationships

Drive cross-team collaboration to maximise revenue

Support hiring and onboarding within the team
