Corporate Landlord Implementation Manager

Candidate must be RICS Qualified Corporate Landlord Implementation Manager Corporate Landlord Implementation Manager To support the implementation of the Council's Corporate Landlord Model, LCC is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified CL Implementation Manager to provide strategic leadership and dedicated interim capacity to implement, embed and mature the Council?s Corporate Landlord model, ensuring that property assets, facilities management, compliance, investment and service occupation decisions are managed through a consistent corporate framework The Corporate Landlord Implementation Manager will lead the transition from service-led property management to a corporate landlord approach, establishing clear governance, accountability, performance management and decision-making arrangements across the estate.

The role will act as a senior implementation lead, working with directorates to align operational requirements with corporate asset priorities, ensure effective oversight of within the Corporate Landlord operating model, and support and deputise for the Director of Property as required. Corporate Landlord Implementation Manager This interim leadership role will be directly responsible for Corporate Landlord implementation activity, including programme delivery, governance, performance reporting, Property Services oversight and associated property, compliance and operational work streams as directed by the Director of Property.

By the end of the assignment, the role will have effectively overseen the roll out of corporate landlord and allow the service to move towards an efficient business as usual approach to Corporate Landlord.
