The role of Project Manager is a full-time office-based role in an exciting office location based in Central Manchester!
Primary Role- Manage innovation projects to budget and agreed timings
- Deliver all projects from start to finish, on time, at budgeted cost, ensuring all stakeholders adhere to the stage gate process
- Lead and co-ordinate cross function teams
- Create detailed project timelines to include a critical path of activities that will be used to drive the multifunctional teams to key milestones
- Manage and report complexity of projects for appropriate timeline setting
- Manage, communicate and resolve issues, road blocks and risks to project delivery
- Ensure all stakeholders comply with the gate process at all stages, and ensuring process is continuously optimised
- Manage relationship with our Manufacturer Innovation Team’s and the AAF Product Development Manager to ensure our products are:
- the right quality
- in the right packaging
- at the right cost
- Lead and manage regular external Brand Owner project meetings and communications to ensure alignment to the stage gate process, key milestones, project progress and potential issues

- Managing multiple projects/work streams at once

- Experience in managing challenging situations
- Experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring collaboration and project delivery.
- Experience in influencing key stakeholders
