Airfield Operations Lead

• Lead the on-shift Airfield Operations Team
• Ensure performance is maintained against the daily schedule of flights
• Ensure compliance and safety standards are achieved
• Provide solutions to operational constraints, incidents, occurrences and emergency situations
• Escalate issues and operational risks where necessary
• Work with onsite service partners to ensure a smooth passenger journey
• Support safe and on-time flight departures

• Experience of leading a team in a complex operational environment
