Office Manager - Boston, Lincs - 30/33k  benefits ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit an Office Manager with immediate effect for our client who continue to lead their market, based in the Boston area of Lincolnshire. Office Manager: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to lead a team of 15 employee's, managing the day to day running of the office whilst maintaining a positive culture where employee's feel genuinely valued.

Reporting into the Technical Support Manager you will shape strategy, lead and develop your team whilst fostering a culture of high performance and customer centricity. This role is pivotal in ensuring our client delivers exceptional technical support, whilst driving efficiency and operational excellence. Call Centre experience as a team leader / office manager would be advantageous but not essential. However, experience of leading a team is essential.
