TSA Surveying Ltd is recruiting an Associate Director – Life Cycle & Whole Life Cycle Costing to lead lifecycle costing initiatives across diverse building sectors in the UK. You will drive value engineering, develop cost models and advise on long-term asset costs.
The role requires MRICS/Chartered QS and deep knowledge of ISO 15686.5, with the aim to build a dedicated lifecycle costing capability within the PMCM team and lead strategic cost management across major projects.
