Experienced in commercial property and ready to take the lead at senior management level?

We're recruiting for a Commercial Sales Director to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.

This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional with strong leadership and management experience. The successful candidate will oversee the commercial division, manage a team and take responsibility for driving the department and wider business pipeline forward.

As a Commercial Sales Director, you will:

• Oversee the commercial property division and its day-to-day performance
• Lead, manage and support a team of commercial property professionals
• Oversee the department's sales pipeline and identify opportunities for growth
• Review team and individual performance against business objectives
• Drive business development and contribute to the continued growth of the division
• Monitor overall departmental performance and provide strategic direction
• Report directly into senior management
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and profitability

• Strong background in commercial property
• Proven experience in a senior commercial property or sales leadership role
• Strong understanding of the commercial property market
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience overseeing pipelines and driving business performance

• £50,000 - £65,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
• Senior position within a growing organisation
